The competition consist of two days: DNF on Saturday and STA+DYN on Sunday. A competitor can take part in a single day or both. The competition winners are those athletes with the biggest point score over the three disciplines. AIDA rankings are given for all disciplines competed in.
Pool DNF, 1.00pm -4.00pm.
Then 4.30pm leave building for social.
Pool STA 11.30pm -3.30pm
Pool DYN 4.00pm - 8.00pm.
Leave building for social 8.30pm.

Membership of an AIDA National is mandatory. The BFA is a good example of an AIDA National carrying insurance.
