Freediving information

Welcome

We are a group known as Apneists UK who organise the main Freediving National and International competitions each year in the UK for both depth and pool. Steve Millard is the Head Coach and Organiser within the group.

Many of our members are excellent competitive divers, but just as many are recreational freedivers who dive just for the fun of it. We all come together during these events to give a unique and amazing community spirit which is the main reason we love organising them, just a good excuse to get to see our friends and meet new ones.
